United by the same passion and unique by their stories, our craftsmen-winemakers pass on and improve their know-how through the generations.

They are big families, farmers with a big heart, passionate farmers from fathers/mothers to sons/daughters or neo-rurals in search of authenticity. All of them patiently repeat their gestures, vintage after vintage, fruit of a know-how transmitted by their elders and accompanied by our wine experts.

Big Coq

Muscat Tendre, IGP Vaucluse, Blanc Moelleux

Big Coq is a real product of France, home-made in Vaucluse by artisan vignerons. It echoes with la Douce France, strutting under string lights at guiguette dance halls, nibbling at saucisson during a match, setting the world to rights on a terrace, picnicking on the beach and flirting with the towel next door. Biq Coq is proud of its tricolour roots where winemaking know-how, a love of our country and the abundance of our wine-growing heritage shine through.

TASTE

This latest creation boasts a light yellow hue with captivating green tints. The nose is rich and made up of an assortment of exotic fruit including mango, pineapple and lemon. The wine is soft, light, subtly sweet and wonderfully lively on entry to the palate. This is altogether a fine, delicate wine.

Showing a luminous colour with silver highlights, the wine displays tropical fruit and herbaceous overtones. It is vivacious, fresh, rich and delicious on the palate.

Immediately recognisable in its elegant bottle, this has always been the ideal wine for drinks parties and celebrations. For many years, it was mainly enjoyed wellchilled in the garden and in outdoor cafés. More recently, Muscat Beaumes de Venise has broken with convention and moved into the world of mixology.

Muscat Beaumes de Venise is so successful in contemporary cocktails thanks to its
extraordinarily powerful aromas: yellow fruit (peaches, apricots), tropical fruit (lychees), and fresh flowers, enhanced by a touch of citrus.

AOC Côtes du Rhône, Vallée du Rhône, France

Good food and wine are essential parts of the the much-envied French lifestyle. Our «Légende des Toques » Côtes du Rhône is based on the experience of several generations of artisan winegrowers and reflects the expertise of our cellarmaster and that of famous chefs.

Every vintage, these chefs are invited to take part in blending wines from various terroirs and grape varieties to make a delicious, polished, elegant wine typical of the Rhone Valley.

TASTE

Sustained color, with glittering golden reflections. Expressive nose of spring flowers: acacia, hawthorn. The mouth is dense, concentrated. We find the floral profile detected on the nose: the wine is homogeneous, in a robust style. Delicate notes of infusion, linden, camomile, persist for a long time in the mouth, invaded by a greedy and suave flesh.

FOOD PAIRINGS

This wine of a certain opulence calls for dishes of equal power. One will look for dishes in sauce, especially cream-based, such as creamy poultry and mushrooms. It will also be perfect with exotic, spicy or even spicy cuisines: cod accras, samoussas, egg rolls, vegetable curry & quinoa.

TASTE

Intense color with a purple hue, sparkling reflections. Nose of fresh black fruits: blackcurrant, blueberries, blueberries. A hint of undergrowth too, a pleasant impression of a walk in the forest! The mouth is fleshy, the fruits of the forest are there, some generous spices too, a body with tight tannins that bring a certain seriousness to the finish. A well constituted wine, to be opened one hour before and served at 17°C.

FOOD PAIRINGS

The structure of the wine evokes “lamb’s lettuce”; meat that requires a certain texture will be perfect. Bavette or onglet, preferably cooked rare or medium rare; accompany them with a pepper sauce that will enhance the spicy profile of the wine, and legumes: beans, beans, lentils. The floury point will sparkle with the tannins of the wine. Finally for the vegans: a Mexican-style veggie wrap with red beans and hot spices will be delicious!
