CHÂTEAU TROUPIAN
Traditional vinification takes place in a thermo- regulated wine cellar which is perfectly maintained. The wine from each vat is regularly tasted so that the best blend possible can be made. Chateau Troupian is accompanied by Michel Rolland and his associate Julien Viaud for viticulture, vinification and blending.
For all our plots we undertake a pre-fermentation cold maceration for between five and eight days which therefore allows us to maintain the wine’s freshness and finesse.
