Elixio is an entry-level Argentine wine produced by Graffigna, one of Argentina’s oldest wineries, from the San Juan region. The range includes Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Rose designed as approachable, fruit-forward wines that offer good value for everyday drinking

Elixio Malbec

VARIETY. 100% Malbec

COLOUR. Deep purple with ruby hues.

AROMA. Blackcurrant, ripe plum, cherry, vanilla, and sweet spices.

PALATE. Medium-bodied with juicy black fruit flavors, soft silky tannins, moderate acidity, and a smooth finish

Elixio Cabernet Sauvignon

VARIETY. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

COLOUR. It shows and intense ruby red colour with cherry and ripe plums

AROMA. Aromas of cherry, blackberry, and ripe plum.

PALATE. Easy-drinking style with light spice and a pleasant finish. Medium body with soft tannins, making it suitable for casual wine drinkers.

Elixio Rose

VARIETY. 70% Malbec, 30% Pinot Noir

COLOUR. Pale salmon to soft pink with bright, youthful clarity.

AROMA. Fresh raspberry, wild strawberry, red cherry, delicate floral notes and a hint of citrus zest.

PALATE. A light- to medium-bodied dry rosé with refreshing acidity, offering juicy raspberry and strawberry flavors that lead to a clean, fruity finish with excellent balance. Its very low tannin level contributes to a smooth, approachable palate

Elixio Chardonnay

VARIETY. 100% Chardonnay

COLOUR. A bright pale straw color with greenish highlights, reflecting its youthful freshness and vibrancy.

AROMA. The nose is fresh and expressive, offering aromas of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and peach, complemented by citrus notes, green apple, and delicate floral nuances.

PALATE. On the palate, the wine is light- to medium-bodied with refreshing acidity, showcasing vibrant flavors of tropical fruit, citrus, and crisp apple. It has a smooth, well-balanced texture and finishes clean with a pleasant, fruity aftertaste that makes it highly approachable and easy to enjoy.

Elixio Pinot Grigio

VARIETY. 100% Pinot Grigio

COLOUR. Displays a bright pale straw color with delicate greenish reflections, giving it a fresh and vibrant appearance.

AROMA. The nose is clean and aromatic, offering fresh notes of green apple, pear, citrus, and white peach, complemented by subtle floral hints and a touch of lemon zest.

PALATE. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied and crisp, with refreshing acidity and lively flavors of green apple, pear, and citrus. It has a smooth, clean texture and finishes with a bright, refreshing minerality, making it an elegant and easy-drinking white wine.
