Bombay Sapphire is based on a secret recipe created in 1761, in the north-west of England. The ten botanicals used are far from secret – pictured on every bottle – but the secret lies in the perfect balance of each to create an effortlessly complex and refined taste with a spectrum of delicate flavours which include ripe citrus, rounded spice and a touch of juniper.

TASTING NOTE. BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® gin has a ripe citrus aroma with rounded spice and a touch of juniper.
It has palette of 100% natural flavours combine to create a gentle, aromatic taste layered with zesty citrus, delicate nutty oils, rich exotic spices. Hint of sweetness with light lavender notes and a long peppery finish.

BOMBAY LONDON DRY GIN
TASTING NOTE. Using eight exotic botanicals, our classic London dry gin offers a more traditional taste with strong juniper flavours and a powerful dry finish. Each botanical is hand picked to preserve its individual qualities to add to this wonderfully classic blend.
Bombay Dry is still based on the same time-honoured recipe from 1761. Our unique vapour infusion process, used to distill all Bombay gins, delicately extracts the best from each botanical.
STAR OF BOMBAY
TASTING NOTE. A bolder expression of our signature style with two additional botanicals (Ecuadorian Ambrette seeds and Calabrian Bergamot).
To maintain the integrity of our 12 botanicals, we slow down our vapour infusion process and distil them for longer – ensuring rich aromas and deeper flavours. This makes STAR OF BOMBAY an exceptionally smooth gin designed to be enjoyed on its own in a Martini, or in a variety of contemporary cocktails.
